About Meredith
Meredith Minnick is a certified RRCA Level I run coach and has been running since 2012. What she enjoys most about running is the satisfaction that comes from completing new distances or achieving time goals that seemed out of reach. She believes that anybody can be a runner no matter what age or background in the sport.
Her coaching philosophy is that consistent effort brings success, and you'll never regret trying your best. She lives with her husband and two daughters in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
